Terms of Sale

Delivery
- Stock is ordered weekly from Sweden. Delivery time to you averages 10-21 days (5 days on tunes and PPC). Please call or email to check local stock if you are in a hurry. Items indicated 'In Stock' refer to stock held in Sweden rather than Sydney.
- Orders will be sent via Australia Post or courier depending on weight and size.
- Letters. If size and weight allows, goods will be sent as letters.
- Pick-up can be arranged from 176 Elanora Rd. Elanora Heights NSW 2101 (Please call to ensure we have stock & set a time 0414255445)
- Orders outside Australia - Local taxes, duties, customs and UPS charges are not included in your order cost and must be paid by customers.

Prices
Prices are in Australian dollars with GST included, unless otherwise specified. All of the prices on the BSR Australia website are current, however we reserve the right to notify you of any errors in description of goods, pricing of goods or shipping costs. We reserve the right to adjust prices in line with market and currency fluctuations and/or withdraw goods or services from sale at any time.

Payment - Individuals
- Cash payment on pick up. (Requires deposit)
- Direct deposit to our Westpac account
- PayPal payment (From your PayPal account or credit card)
- Cancellation of orders within 30 days incurs a 20% restocking fee where goods are already en-route from supplier. Shipping and credit card/PayPal fees are not refunded.
- Change of mind or wrong part ordered returns incur a 20% restocking fee. Shipping, credit card/PayPal fees and/or holding deposits are not refunded.

Payment - Business
- Card payment (VISA and Mastercard) 
- Advance invoice. We send you an advance invoice via e-mail.
- Invoice 30 days credit (established customers)
- Invoices are sent via e-mail by default
- Cancellation of orders within 30 days incurs a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and credit card/Paypal fees are not refunded.
- Change of mind or wrong part ordered returns incur a 20% restocking fee. Shipping, credit card/PayPal fees and/or holding deposits are not refunded.

Warranty
- We apply Australian consumer law.
- Your receipt is proof of warranty, so save your receipt for the entire warranty period.
- No warranty on BSR motorsport products.
