We cracked it! After a long period of work our engineers in Sweden have managed to tune Volvo's V90 D5, and with results we didn't dare hope for. The power measurements are not finalised yet. Yet another success for our development lab! Tuning for the 218 horse power 3.0 TDI Audi engine (for A4, A5, A6 och A7) has been under development by our engineers and the result is a new BSR record for diesel engines. 102 extra horse powers on a stage 1 kit means a total of 328 horse powers and 691 newton meters for these cars. It's a big transformation leaving no one unaffected, or as our test driver expressed himself after the first test drive of an A6: ”It feels like a beast and rides like a rocket! Even though the big power- and torque increment, the chassis maintains its well balanced character and is easy to handle. It feels like it was built for this.”. Lucky owners of these cars can of course take advantage of the ongoing 20% tuning sale until Sunday.
Nothing pleases us more than to see happy customers leave our development workshop with a flying start and a smile on their face. The other day we had a client who left the workshop with the previously installed diesel effectbox, unplugged and placed in the passenger seat, on his new Skoda Octavia RS 2014. As many others, he was not happy with the power increase the effect box had given and challenged us to outdo it. However, after testing and development it turned out to be a fairly easy task. After our dyno tests it turned out it did not generate more than 2,1 HP and 10,8 NM... After extensive testing and development, we managed to produce a Stage 1 tuning kit that provides 27 HP and 52 NM on the wheels. The car completely changed character with more power over the whole range and with joy every time you press the throttle.

Original: 185 HP & 391 NM
Diesel Box: 187,1 HP & 401,8 NM
BSR steg 1: 213 HP & 443 NM

The customer was more than satisfied with what we achieved. What happened to the diesel box? No idea. However, maybe a motor museum could find interest in it...
Our development lab is currently working hard and successfull to develop new tuning kits. The time and effort has paid off so far, or how about 44 horsepower increase (VW Golf) and 69 horsepower increase (VW Transporter) for two of our most recent tuning kits? Newly added tuning kits:

Machine- & Tuning Warranty are included (see terms and conditions).
Both the BSR Machine Warranty for the power train and the Tuning Warranty with free software updates after the service are included in the tuning kit. Via the included PPC 3 unit you can change between tuned and stock settings in a few minutes, without lifting the hood.
