BSR has more than 20 years of experience in car & engine optimization. Our knowledge is your safety when you purchase a BSR tuning kit. In order to offer you the best customer service, we have included a Tuning Warranty with our kits.

The BSR Tuning Warranty is free for 1 years from the time of purchase. Below you can see what's included in the Tuning Warranty for each method of tuning; PPC and ECM reloading.

BSR Tuning Warranty for PPC:

• Access to updated tuning programs that can be downloaded to the PPC*
• Complete product warranty for both individuals and companies

Free technical support via the website is included with the tuning warranty. With this support you have access to experienced technicians from BSR´s development centre who will help you with questions or any problem that should that arise. When you service your car at a manufacturer's workshop, occasionally they will update the software. This procedure erases the tuning program and the tune is lost. With the tuning warranty the problem is easily resolved using the PPC unit. Just download an updated BSR tune file that includes the manufacturer latest update, then install it in your car. This way you always have both tuned software and the latest update from the manufacturer. This service is free when you have the BSR Tuning Warranty. The PPC unit is covered by complete product warranty during the entire warranty period, both for individuals and companies. You can of course extend your BSR Tuning Warranty when the warranty period has expired. The BSR Tuning Warranty is connected to the car. When the car is sold, the BSR Tuning Warranty passes to the new owner.

Via this support you have access to experienced technicians from BSR´s development centre that will help you with questions or any problem that may that arise. If you are going to sell your car and want to reinstall the car´s original settings, you can have this operation done at your BSR dealer. This service is free of charge (Normally $200) when you have the BSR Tuning Warranty. You can extend your BSR Tuning Warranty when the warranty period has expired. The BSR Tuning Warranty is connected to the car.
